Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using Scripiora, you agree to these Terms. If you use Scripiora on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live or have your parent's or guardian's permission.

2. The Service

Scripiora helps you plan and write video scripts with AI. Features include script generation and editing, research of public YouTube videos, video transcription and translation, and idea management. Scripiora Studio, a production workspace for publishing to YouTube, is available only to the operator of Scripiora.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, refund unused paid credits.

3. YouTube and Google

Scripiora uses YouTube API Services. By using Scripiora, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes YouTube data under the Google Privacy Policy, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle YouTube data.

If you connect a YouTube channel to Scripiora, you must be authorized to manage that channel. You remain responsible for everything published to it through Scripiora, including videos, captions, thumbnails, playlists, channel details, comment replies and moderation decisions, and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines. Scripiora acts on YouTube only when you instruct it to, and AI-drafted comment replies are posted only after you approve them.

You can revoke Scripiora's access to your Google Account at any time from within Scripiora or from the Google Account security settings page.

Scripiora is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with YouTube or Google.

4. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at team@onesimple.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Credits, payments and refunds

• Some features use credits. Credit costs are shown in the app. New accounts may receive free credits.
• Paid credits are sold in packages at the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. Prices may include or exclude taxes, as shown at checkout.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and can be used only in Scripiora. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Refunds: you may request a refund of unused paid credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing team@onesimple.ai. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank. Credits that have already been used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If a technical error on our side uses credits without delivering a result, contact us and we will restore those credits.
• If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, you agree that this right ends for the credits you start using; unused credits remain refundable as described above.
• Free or promotional credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and, to the extent the law allows, of the scripts and other output generated for you. You give OneSimple a limited license to host, store, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use any material you submit, research or transcribe, including other creators' videos. Research and transcription features are for reference and analysis; respect copyright and do not republish other people's work without permission.

AI may produce output that is similar to output produced for other users. We do not claim ownership of your output, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• create or publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or violent, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• create spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading or deceptive content, including deceptive synthetic media;
• use Scripiora to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or to artificially inflate views, likes, comments, subscribers or other engagement;
• scrape, overload or disrupt the Service, bypass credit limits, security or access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities without our permission;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it, or resell or share access to it; or
• upload malware or use the Service to attack other systems.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI-generated output

Scripiora uses third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your purpose. It is not professional advice (for example, legal, medical or financial advice). Review and fact-check output before you rely on it or publish it; you are responsible for what you publish.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including YouTube, Google, Stripe and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience.

10. Our intellectual property

Scripiora, its software, design and branding belong to OneSimple and its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Scripiora at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing team@onesimple.ai.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your unused paid credits. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is closed for breaking these Terms, except where the law requires otherwise.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability, continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, OneSimple disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that output will be accurate, or that content published through the Service will achieve any particular views, reach or revenue.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OneSimple will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify OneSimple against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service; you can ask for a refund of your unused paid credits.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where OneSimple is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
